Homecare RN – Hybrid Schedule –$1,500 Hiring Bonus!

Seeking a full time (37.5 hours/week) Homecare RN. The Homecare RN visits consumers in their homes to assess personal care/home health care needs and interpret the Medicaid screening guidelines. They consult with interdisciplinary team members on clinical needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A valid Massachusetts license to practice as a Registered Nurse and recognition of the duties, responsibilities, and limitations under the license.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or Associates of Science degree in Nursing and at least one (1) year of clinical experience and/or nursing in a community or long term care setting or a Diploma RN and two (2) additional years of community-based nursing experience or long term care direct service experience.
Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Word) required.

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:

Must have moderate physical mobility. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to climb stairs.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Demonstrate strong organization skills with attention to detail, multi-tasking, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, leadership and team skills.

· A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is $1,500.
