Lead Teacher – Children’s Fitness (Part-Time / Full-Time)

My Gym Boston is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher who loves staying active and working with children in a fun, structured, and positive environment. If you enjoy movement, music, and helping kids build confidence while having a great time, this could be a great fit.
This is a year-round position (not seasonal) with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours based on availability, performance, and business needs. Paid training is provided.
Schedule & Availability
- Availability needed Monday through Sunday
- At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
- Shifts may include mornings, afternoons/evenings, or full-day schedules
- Full-day schedules include a midday break between class shifts
- Weekend birthday party hosting may be part of the role
- Friday team meetings are mandatory
- Scheduling is flexible within business needs
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and assisting children’s fitness classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events
- Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families
- Communicating clearly and professionally with parents and guardians
- Supporting tours, walk-ins, and basic front-desk responsibilities
- Assisting with mobile programs, community events, and overall team support
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children of all ages
- High energy, patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in sports, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, drama, or education is a plus
- Weekend availability required
- College students encouraged to apply
- Must be able to pass a background check
