Location: Chicago, IL – The Loop
Compensation: $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission
(1st year OTE: $75-85k)

What You’ll Do:
- Build your Client Base: Become a trusted advisor to companies by proactively reaching out, understanding their hiring needs, and pitching our company’s recruitment services as a solution
- Find Top Talent: Source mid to senior level candidates, build long-term relationships, and become a subject matter expert in the niche market you’re recruiting in
- Own the Process: Oversee the entire interview process- facilitate communication between the client and the candidate, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers to get the best offer possible for the candidate
