What does a Recruitment Consultant do at Phaidon International?
Business Development:
Reach out to relevant companies, build lasting stakeholder relationships, and consult on hiring needs through strategic outreach, tailored pitches, and ongoing client engagement.
Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively headhunting, cold calling, and networking with top-tier, passive candidates to match client needs within your niche and territory.
Process Management:
Connect clients with top talent by managing the full hiring process—from introductions and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up—to ensure a lasting fit for both parties.
What are we looking for?
- Driven salespeople that have a clear internal motivation for taking on a challenge involving detailed repetitive tasks and rejection
- The ability to communicate with conviction for the purpose of influencing clients and candidates
- 1+ years in an activity involving any combination of performance, competition, resilience, collaboration, and/or persuasion
- 1+ years of experience in an activity where you received and implemented critical feedback
- Professional verbal and written communication

Upon passing the pre-screen, applicants will have an initial interview with our talent team followed by an in-person interview at our Los Angeles.
