Center Based BCBA position available!

Full-time, Monday – Friday. This position is an exclusive center based BCBA position available at RCS Learning Center (Natick, MA). This is a rare opportunity to be able to join our Learning Center as a BCBA.
RCS Benefits Include:

Qualifications:
- work with individuals with Autism
- develop skill acquisition programs
- create function-based behavior support plans
- complete both skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
- proficient in staff, teacher and parent trainings
- possesses excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA)
- ideally have at least one year of BCBA experience
- comfortable working with kids ages 6-22 years old
