Chelsea Rose-Dunham is the Employer Relations Associate and Career Counselor in the Career Center at Westfield State University, a role she began in August 2026. With more than a decade of experience spanning employer relations, career development, student engagement, and higher education, Chelsea is dedicated to building meaningful connections between students and employers. Before joining Westfield State, she spent 10 years at Emmanuel College in Boston, advancing through four progressive employer engagement roles before serving as Senior Associate Director of Employer Engagement. In that position, she led strategic employer partnership initiatives, launched innovative recruitment programs, expanded internship and experiential learning opportunities, and strengthened campus recruitment efforts that significantly increased both employer participation and student engagement.
Throughout her career, Chelsea has been passionate about creating equitable pathways to career success and helping students confidently navigate their professional journeys. Beyond career services, Chelsea served as an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Emmanuel College for eight seasons, mentoring student-athletes while contributing to multiple conference championships and NCAA Tournament appearances. Her diverse professional background also includes supporting young learners in early education, working in retail sales and customer relations, coordinating art exhibitions and gallery operations, along with hospitality and service-focused environments. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to relationship building, customer service, and creating meaningful connections that help individuals navigate their personal and professional goals.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Art History from Southern New Hampshire University and is committed to empowering students to explore career possibilities, build professional relationships, and work towards their goals.
